1. App & Developer Details

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data for the mobile application Kukreja Hub, developed and published by BlackByte Technology.

2. How to Request Deletion by Email

To delete your Kukreja Hub account and personal data, send us a deletion request:

• Send an email to blackbytetechnology@gmail.com or support@insurancedesk.co.in.
• Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Kukreja Hub".
• Include the phone number registered with your Kukreja Hub account so we can verify ownership.

We may contact you on the registered number to confirm the request before deleting the account.

3. Request Deletion by Phone or WhatsApp

You may also request deletion by contacting us on +91 95371 27708 (call or WhatsApp) from the phone number registered with your Kukreja Hub account. State that you want your Kukreja Hub account and data deleted.

Alternatively, you may ask your insurance agent to submit the deletion request on your behalf.

4. What Data Is Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, the following data associated with your Kukreja Hub account is permanently deleted:

• Your user profile (name, phone number, city and any other profile details).
• Your authentication records and login sessions.
• Your device push-notification tokens.
• Your in-app notification history and app preferences.

5. What Data May Be Retained

Kukreja Hub is a document viewing application. Insurance policy records and documents shown in the app are uploaded and owned by your insurance agent on the InsuranceDesk platform, not created by you inside the app.

• Policy records held by your agent: these remain in your agent's own business records after your app account is deleted. To have those removed, contact your insurance agent directly.
• Legal & compliance records: anonymised logs or transaction records that we are required to keep under applicable Indian law may be retained for the legally required period.

6. Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies are purged in the normal backup rotation cycle, within 90 days at the latest.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To use Kukreja Hub again afterwards, you would need to register a new account.
