• Policy Document Information: As a document viewing application, the app displays insurance policy details (such as policy numbers, premium amounts, renewal dates, and coverage information) uploaded by your authorized agent through the InsuranceDesk platform. We do not independently collect insurance data from you — it is made available by your agent for your convenience.
• Push Notification Tokens: With your consent, we collect device tokens to deliver push notifications for policy renewal reminders and important document updates.

4. How We Use Your Information

BlackByte Technology uses data collected via Kukreja Hub for the following purposes:

• To authenticate user accounts securely via SMS OTP.
• To display insurance policy overview cards and uploaded document PDFs provided by your agent.
• To send renewal alerts, notification badges, and critical policy reminders.
• To provide technical support and resolve app inquiries.
• To monitor app health, usage patterns, and performance metrics.

5. Third-Party Services

Kukreja Hub integrates with trusted third-party SDKs that process data in compliance with strict security standards:
